Invisible travel

We love spending time outdoors. In fact, we love it so much that we started this company, just to help other people Get Out and experience nature as well.

When we founded Get Out, we decided from the start that we would live by the guiding principle of invisible travel.

How to travel invisibly

Whenever we are outdoor, either by ourselves or with a group on a guided adventure, we strive to travel invisibly.

To travel invisibly, simply mean that we always try to leave a campsite at least as good as when we found it. Preferably, the next person who visit should not be able to tell that another human being has ever sat their foot on this piece of land. This include (but is not limited to):

• Not leaving any trash behind
• Not breaking branches or otherwise spoil the vegetation
• Not making a fire directly on the rock (besides leaving ugly black marks, the rock will also crack of the heat, never to heal again) 
• Remove other signs of camping activity (e.g., move stones used to stabilise tent guys)

All in all, it is not that hard. Usually, it is enough to use common sense, and take an extra round around the campsite just before leaving, to make sure that nothing gets left behind.
